EVERYTHING AROUND PEOPLE. ENSURE THEY ARE READY.

Timing is crucial

Timing for socialised learning is as crucial as other business decisions - the earlier an organisation is ready to implement socialised learning, the sooner it can take advantage of internal and external opportunities.

However, equally critical is implementing socialised learning at the right time – missing the deployment window of opportunity can result in huge loss to both HRD budget and resource, as well as missed-opportunity cost to the business as a whole. Recouping these losses with later implementation can present disproportionate challenges.

AUTHENTIC RESEARCH

Through our collaboration with The University of Edinburgh, the UK’s leading university in socialised learning and collaboration, GPi provides accredited insight into the critical areas for implementing new learning and development solutions.

SLR provides a systematic diagnosis, assessing 4 critical areas for companies to successfully transform into socialised organisations: learning strategy, development culture and structure, learning content/approach, and social technologies.

  • Accredited Work
  • 4 Dimensions Critical to Success

PRACTICAL INSIGHT

The technical and cultural status-quo is highlighted to organisations through the initial SLR diagnostic check. Then follows a thorough consideration of the impact of changes to the organisation and all people involved.

Start by learning in a socialised way:

  • Practical and engaging learning with business-oriented and strategy-aligned outcomes
  • Socialised features - knowledge sharing, communication, collaboration…

We are proud to work closely with great businesses, which value a people-centric approach as much as we do. The SLR provides an excellent opportunity to:

  • understand the status- quo
  • evaluate previous efforts and investments in this area
  • adjust and align people development with business goals
  • work out the next steps
  • discuss measurable KPIs (ROI)

IN-DEPTH QUESTION

The SLR asks the right questions to identify your business strengths and weaknesses. The basic idea is that identifying and preparing for upcoming challenges today will help you avoid losing money and demotivating your people.

The journey to a socialised business is never easy.

SLR asks tough questions that will allow your people to rethink their day-to-day learning and development. It also helps ‘people’ professionals answer the following questions:

  • How do my people react to using social technologies?
  • Who are the early-movers and how can we bring them on board?
  • What is the current learning content we can easily utilise?
  • How much does our learning strategy support our business strategies?

Furthermore the SLR assists in future-proofing your company by encouraging decision-makers to reflect on impact and opportunities.

Social technologies will change the world of management.
